This one is certainly a very special one for me that I hold close to my heart and soul. ✨🙏🏼✨
If you’ve been keeping up with my journey until this point, you know that hitting 0020 releases as a producer is no small feat. ⚔️
I couldn’t think of a better track to celebrate the occasion with than this beauty.
I was determined to produce something with a beautiful uplifting energy and a gorgeous resolve. I firmly believe I hit such a target with this record. 💯
I’m not even sure how to describe A Date on Cloud Nine. Out of all the music that I have released so far, ADOC9 definitely stimulates my emotions the most.
It’s definitely very Trance and Breakbeat influenced, just like my last release. Trance was my first love and the sound that seduced me into beginning my relentless journey in crafting my own world of sonic algorithms which have inevitably added a lot of nuance to my emotional palette.
It offers more diversity to my body of work seeing that I’ve primarily produced electronic music that is rooted in the traditional 4×4 sequence.
A Date on Cloud Nine symbolizes an unwavering sense of faith, perseverance, relentless determination, a burning sense of passion, and a celebration of life. When I truly absorb this track, I think about my long journey through the darkness of my younger years, dealing and struggling with self-doubt and the potentiality that I would be terrible at what I loved most, which is producing this music that I have so humbly shared with you all. Taking that leap of faith as an artist was a huge step for me. ADOC9 symbolizes that resolve, demonstrating to my mind body and soul that there was nothing to ever worry about in the first place, that it’s always been okay, that the leap of faith that I was struggling to take was the only thing holding me back. Myself.
ADOC9 is the music that I hear coming out on the other end of the dark tunnel of self-doubt. It is the music that you hear when you have made it out of the storm to step into the beautiful sunny day.
I hope it touches you in a way that compels you to keep moving forward and that it reminds you that there is in fact the beautiful sunny day waiting for you at the other end of the dark tunnel. ✨
